So everyone has heard about the rainy day blues. That time when its yucky out, not that we've had much of a summer anyhow, but the rain.. egads.. I'm beginning to feel like a duck.
So in the spirit of the day I thought I'd talk about cheesecakes that are blue! Hmm blueberry, and blue raspberry. How can you go wrong with either flavor? As the summer turns to fall and we're getting more rain the thought of a nice creamy blue cheesecake brightens my day and chases away my rainy day blues.
The next time you're having a blue day, think about making it into a happy day by ordering a blue cheesecake! Or if you're so inclined another wonderful flavor!
